3 Stages of Services
Stage 1 – Notification Day
We offer comprehensive services to our clients, which includes staff termination. Acting as a third party to deliver this news to the current employees, we do not have any conflict of interest in this matter, therefore ensuring the procedure to be smooth during which we can provide unbiased feedback. Moreover, we will provide immediate assistance in job search to the employees concerned.

Stage 2 – Follow-up Training on Impacted Employees
