As an Account Manager, your responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers and connecting with key business executives. You will also liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of your very own idea and solutions in order to achieve sales target. Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should conduct regular market research as it will be one of your valuable tool to improve customer experience and developing new business from existing clients.
