As an Assistant Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible to lead and monitor the customer service team in handling compliant and enquires related to delivery and installation. You have to enforce service strategies on continuous improvement of customer satisfactions with resolution and following up with related parties proactively for services enhancement. Also, you will work closely with after sales parties including tech workers, logistic and supple chain teams. Last but not least, you may need to implement effective strategies for the sake of cost-control and optimum interaction between market supply, delivery time, inventories and capacities.
