They are now looking for a talent to join their team as an Assistant Store Manager.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing overall daily retail shop operations and ensure operations are aligned with standards including training and schedule shifts; predict, plan and control operational costs to meet the overall financial objective; as well as retail sales activities; follow up customers enquiries. You will collaborate with your team to ensure service quality and targets are fulfilled through leadership and guidance. You will evaluate and improve the performance to achieve sales target.
