Very close to their clients’ needs, they strive to offer them quality products and healthy solutions. They are now looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join their team.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible of the compliance to customer care standard and make sure that it is in accordance with the company policy as well as the brand positioning. You will have to compliance with local regulations. You will have to perform training and development support to maintain technical proficiency and ensure compliance with local regulation. You will be the primary point of contact for customers with sensitive cases and draft appropriate communications to customers, You will also be required to handle issue and crisis management.
