Our client is one of the renowned integrated marketing agency which provide marketing solution customers mainly from FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) and Consumer lifestyle Products. With its comprehensive exposure and supportive work environment, this company is seeking a Sales Administrator to further improve their service level for an aggressive expansion.

 

Job Description

As a Sales Administrator, you will support the smooth operations of sales. You are expected to answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner, execute full range of administrative support including data entry, office relocation, renovation, procurement, facilities management and equipment maintenance, insurance/ license renewal, fixing asset management. You will also utilize your CRM experience, resolve clients’ ongoing account issues such as change requests and invoicing questions. Candidate with good performance may have a promotion to be a Client Service Executive.

 

Requirement

  • 2 years or above working experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, willing to multi-tasks
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS word , Outlook, Excel)
