As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing good pre and post-sales services for your customers. You will be showing your energetic side and professional abilities while consulting and explaining product history and fun facts about each product to your target audience. One of you main task will be identifying and assessing customers’ needs in order to achieve satisfaction. You will also be responsible for customer services daily operation such as issuing quotation, liaison with clients and manufacturers. It is important that you build a sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Last but not least, it is important for you to ensure the proper display and explanation of product features to potential customers in order to influence purchase.
