In the FMCG industry, it occupies a large amount of market share and positions in the leading role of the industry. As one of the largest healthcare companies, it strives to improve the product’s accessibility and affordability with the mission of changing the trajectory of health for mankind. To further achieve this mission, the company is now looking for a Sales Manager who shares the common mission to join the team.

 

Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be the leading role of the whole sales team and take part in strategic planning with the mission of achieving sales targets and striving for more market share. To further achieve this goal, you will be responsible for overseeing your team members in executing sales and marketing campaigns at all point of purchase as well as accessing their performance. Besides, to strengthen the customer relationship and explore more business opportunities, you will need to meet with key client regularly and coordinate the joint promotion with external parties. Also, you will leverage your analytical skills to help the company in securing the leading position and market share. Candidate with remarkable capability may also in charge of developing regional sales strategies. 

 

Requirement

Degree educated

15 years or above related work experience in FMCG or consumer electronics products industry

Self-motivated and goals-driven

Previous experience in field sales and analytical roles will be an advantage

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
